Lori Wray
President

Lori WrayAs President of LiveAnew, Lori oversees operations and new product development, as well as the implementation of the values-based wellness programs for corporations. Prior to joining LiveAnew, Lori spent ten years working in the financial industry where she helped her clients reach financial success and had one of the most successful offices in her area. Lori recognized that an enriching and meaningful life requires more than only financial planning, and as a result, she became certified as a career and retirement coach. With her coaching background, she teamed with psychological experts and PhDs, becoming instrumental in the development of the LiveAnew Discovery Process. She has three children, and outside work, she enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, and playing tennis. Lori graduated from Southern Illinois University with a BA in Business.

 

Dan McDonough

National Director, Corporate Wellbeing

Dan is responsible for sales, marketing, account management and delivery operations for LiveAnew services across the company's domestic employer markets. With more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience, Dan has been a driver of development, growth and innovations that align wellbeing and prevention strategies to employer productivity outcomes. Prior to joining LiveAnew, Dan’s career comprised various positions specializing in health and productivity management services and the resulting positive impact on business performance. Dan’s experience includes: Principal Consultant at Health Designs LLC; Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate Health Network at Business Men’s Assurance Company of America; General Manager for Long Beach Memorial Medical Center’s Corporate Health and Primary Care; and the Director of the Human Performance Center in Overland Park KS. Dan graduated from the University of Missouri Journalism School and began his working life interest in human performance as professional athlete playing in the NFL and the Canadian Football League before directing one of the nations first hospital-based health promotion/wellness programs at Saint Luke’s Health Systems in Kansas City. 

Rick Bayers
Director of Operations and Marketing

Rick Bayers

Rick Bayers brings to LiveAnew™ more than 30 years experience in marketing communications, interactive media, and event production. He started his career with Ralston Purina Company and served for 19 years as Director of Multi-Media Communications with Checkmark Communications, Ralston Purina's internal advertising agency. He later served as COO and Executive VP of the Jordan Group and came to LiveAnew™ out of a desire to create a very different sort of business model. On a personal note, Rick is married with two children and enjoys oil painting. He has a studio and gallery in his home (www.buckcreekstudio.com). Rick and his wife also enjoy collecting early 20th century American art pottery, antiques, and fine art.

Leah is passionate about helping others appreciate and realize their unique potential to live life to the fullest! She is a Wellness Educator who particularly enjoys partnering with others on their journey toward a healthier lifestyle. In her experience consulting others, she has seen that although self-discovery is important to leading a robust life, it is incomplete without actions that lead to change. Since joining the LiveAnew team, Leah has been able to empower others through the LiveAnew process, assisting them in an effort to live actively and intentionally. Beyond work life, Leah enjoys traveling, family & friends, meeting new people, outdoor activities, and expressing herself creatively through cooking, writing, and interior design….all alongside her wonderful husband. Leah graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and is currently completing her Masters.

 

Tyler Bishop
Director Of Wellness Division

Tyler BishopBefore becoming a team member at LiveAnew, Tyler Bishop was a contracted specialist inside the corporate wellness arena. Tyler had the opportunity to work with several organizations that received national recognition for their unique wellness programs, and he now brings that experience to LiveAnew. He recognizes that corporate wellness is lacking the crucial engagement and participation of the employees, and brings his enthusiasm to change that paradigm to the LiveAnew team. Tyler also lives out his passion for wellness in his personal life where he holds state, national, and world titles in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Tyler graduated from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication.
