Three Blessings Exercise
Want an easy way to increase your happiness and enjoy your life more? You can start today, by doing a simple exercise. Gratitude and being thankful for the positives in your life has been proven to increase your happiness. When you start to count your blessings, you will discover that you have much to be thankful for and will actually begin to notice more of the positive things that happen in your life, instead of the negative. Don't wait for happiness to come to you, start today with the intentional activity of appreciating and recognizing your blessings.
To practice the exercise, simply list three good things that happened to you that day. These blessings can be simple, like a good cup of coffee or someone saying a kind word. Try to practice this exercise every day, preferably in written form. Research shows that it is most effective when it becomes part of your daily routine. Ask yourself what three things happened in your day for which you feel blessed and grateful.
List at least three...
1. MY BLESSING
2. MY BLESSING
3. MY BLESSING

What are your goals? Do you want to lose weight, sleep better, be stronger, and live longer? No, I'm not selling a diet pill. I'm going to give you the same answer that you have heard at least a hundred times if you have ever entertained any thought of bettering your own personal wellness. How do you know if the things you eat are beneficial for your body? What little changes can we make right now that will make us slimmer, stronger, and healthier? The answers to all of these questions are incredibly complex. Fortunately you don't have to answer any of these questions to get started! You can still eat carbs, fats, and salt, and I won't ever tell you to stop.
